Paid Service

Al Dia SMS and Community Building is a service provided by a charge. If you elect to subscribe to Al Dia, you agree to the pricing and payment listed, which we may update from time to time. Al Dia may add new services for additional fees or amend charges for existing services at any time in its sole discretion; however, any price change or changes to your subscription plan will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

Message and Data Rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Any costs incurred as a result are your responsibility. Check with your wireless provider for details on receiving text messages- you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.. Al Dia reserves the right to terminate the texting service, in whole or in part,

No Refunds

You may cancel your Al Dia subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellations. Suppose Al Dia suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement. In that case, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any credits, any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

Payment information; Taxes

All information you provide in connection with your purchase or transaction or other monetary transactions interaction with the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connections with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transactions interaction with the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such text messaging charge.

Terms of Service

AL DÍA is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, users agree to any applicable text message charges that may apply from their mobile service provider. Message and data costs are the user's responsibility. Users are advised to check with their mobile provider for details on applicable rates.

Rate Updates

AL DÍA may change rates or add new services with additional charges in the future. In such event, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance. All charges for the service will be applied at the rates in effect at the time they are incurred

Cancellation and No Refunds

You may cancel your AL DÍA subscription at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for cancellations. In the event of suspension or termination of the account by AL DÍA, there will be no refund of charges, unused time or any other value related to the service.

When you subscribe to AL DÍA, be sure to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your payment method. You agree to pay any charges incurred through your subscription, including applicable taxes and any fees related to your use of the service.

Users are responsible for any fees imposed by their mobile service provider when receiving text messages or data. We recommend that you review the rates with your mobile phone provider.

AL DÍA es un servicio de suscripción con costo. Al suscribirse, los usuarios aceptan los cargos correspondientes por mensajes de texto que su proveedor de servicios móviles pueda aplicar. Actualización de tarifas

AL DÍA puede modificar las tarifas o agregar nuevos servicios con cargos adicionales en el futuro. En tal caso, los usuarios serán notificados con al menos 30 días de antelación. Todos los cargos por el servicio serán aplicados según las tarifas vigentes en el momento en que se incurran.

Cancelación y No Reembolsos

Puedes cancelar tu suscripción a AL DÍA en cualquier momento; sin embargo, no se otorgarán reembolsos por cancelaciones. En caso de suspensión o terminación de la cuenta por parte de AL DÍA, no se realizará un reembolso de cargos, tiempo no utilizado ni cualquier otro valor relacionado con el servicio.
